Die Dokumentation "Color of Dance" erzählt von dem jungen indischen Tänzer Alex Anthoni aus Südindien, seinen Freunden, seiner Familie und seiner Beziehung zum Erzähler, dem Vorsitzenden der Indienhilfe, so wie dem indischen Orden, durch den sie sich kennen lernten. Die Kamera reist mit ihm durch die Orte seiner Kindheit und Jugend, besucht mit ihm das College, in dem er Tanz studiert und begleitet ihn nach Berlin und Süddeutschland. Menschen, denen Alex begegnet, verzaubert er mit seinen Tanzkünsten. Durch sie und mit ihnen erfährt er vieles, was sein Leben bereichert.

Color of Dance is a feature-length documentary that follows Alex Anthoni, a young dancer from South India, and his relationship with the director of the Indienhilfe, a German NGO, the missionary organization that introduced them, and his long desire to visit Germany. Shot on location in India and Germany, the documentary shares experiences of a young villager and his encounter with a whole new world. From dancing to attending colleges in big cities, to travelling to a western country for the first time, Anthoni exposes the audiences to interesting experiences.
